Trades settle at live market prices. Profits and losses from your own trading are final and are not refundable. Bitget FX Markets does not reimburse trading losses.
Deposits credited to your balance are your funds and can be withdrawn (subject to the withdrawal process and any applicable fees), minus any amounts used in trades or fees. We do not "refund" a deposit separately from the normal withdrawal flow.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before release and a flat network/processing fee may apply. If a withdrawal is rejected during review, the requested amount (including the fee) is returned to your account balance. See the Risk Disclaimer for timing and discretion.
The AlgoBot subscription is billed per 30-day period from your AlgoBot balance. Cancelling stops future renewals but the current paid period is non-refundable. [Confirm whether any pro-rata exceptions apply.]
If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate subscription charge), contact support with details and we will investigate and correct genuine errors. [Insert the window and process for raising a billing dispute.]
